GREEN FINANCING FRAMEWORK

Citicore has developed a Green Financing Framework under which it may issue green bonds and loans to fund selected projects that are expected to contribute to the expansion of renewables, improved forest conservation, and facilitate sustainable water and wastewater management.

Citicore has engaged Sustainalytics to review the Framework. Sustainalytics, a Morningstar company and a globally-recognized provider of environmental, social and governance research, ratings and data, has issued a second party opinion confirming that Citicore’s Green Financing Framework is credible and impactful, and aligns with the four core components of the Green Bond Principles 2021, the Green Loan Principles 2021 and the ASEAN Green Bond Standards 2018.
