BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Saavedra is the Chairman of Citicore Power, Inc. (Citicore) and has more than 20-year engiineering experience. He received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from De La Salle University and after obtaining his license as a Civil Engineer, he pursued special studies in Foundation Formworks In Germany.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of MWM Terminals, Inc ("MWMTI"), Megawide Terminals, Inc ("MTI"), Altria East Land Inc. ("Altria"), PH1 World Developers, Inc. ("PH1"), Cebu2World Development, Inc.("Cebu2World"), Citicore Infrastructure Holdings, Inc ("CIHI"), Citicore-Megawide Consortium, Inc. ("CMCI"), Megawide Land, Inc. ("MLl"),and Wide-Horizons Inc. (Wide-Horizons). Moreover, he is a Director and President of Citicore Holdings Investment Inc ("CHII"), a Trustee and Vice President of Megawide Corporate Foundation, Inc ("MCFI"), and a Director of GMR MEGAWIDE Cebu Airport Corporation ("GMCAC"), and GlobeMerchants, Inc ("GMI").

Mr. Tan holds a degree in Business Administration from the Philippine School of Business Administration. He is also a Director of CIHI, Myspace, Citicore-Megawide Consortium Inc. ("CMCI"), GMR Megawide Cebu Airport Corporation ("GMCAC"), and Megawatt Clean Energy Inc. ("MCEI"). He is also a Director and Treasurer of MTI, MLI, and a Director of Megawide City Consortium, Inc.

A visionary executive who has a formidable track record in finance. Mr. Tan's leadership paved the way for the company to diversify and expand toward becoming an emerging utility holding company, which has interests in sustainable business ventures with like-minded partners and stakeholders.

From being a purely renewable energy company in its inception in 2015, Citicore now has entered other sustainable and clean businesses such as biomass plantations, bulk water supply and water distribution, among others.

Mr. Ferrer obtained his degree in Industrial Design in 1996 from the De La Salle University.

Mr. Ferrer has been Megawide’s Chief Corporate Affairs and Branding Officer (previously called Chief Marketing Officer) since 2011. He serves as the President and a Director of GMCAC, MWMTI, and CMCI. In 2020, he was appointed as Megawide’s Executive Director, Infrastructure Development. He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and President of MCFI and the Vice Chairman of the Board of PH1. He is also a Director and President of GMCAC, MWMTI, MTI, Altria, Cebu2World, and Wide-Horizons and a Director of MLI, and GMI.

Mr. Diaz obtained his degree in Commerce majoring in Finance in University of San Carlos and took his Master’s Degree in Business Management in the Asian Institute of Management.

Mr. Diaz is a Director of Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation (CREC) and an Executive Director in Megawide Construction Corporation. He is also a Director of GMCAC, MWMTI, CIHI, CMCI, Cebu2World, Altria East Land, Inc. and Wide-Horizons, Inc.

Mr. Dela Cruz completed his Masters of Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management in 2009. He is a Director of CREC, GMCAC, and GMI.

Since 2018, Mr. Dela Cruz has been the AVP for Corporate Finance and Planning for Megawide Construction Corporation. Prior to this, he served in the Investment Banking Group of the Bank of Philippine Islands and at the Corporate Finance Team of San Miguel Corporation.
